    With Valentines day just a few days away, relationships are being vorged even as this blog post is being written, while others might just be on the verge of extinction.     Its 06:30 hrs and while you are putting on your makeup and making breakfast and packing your kids school lunch at the same time, you ask for a little assistance from your 12 year old daughter Sabrina as the tasks have just gotten a bit overwhelming that morning.

"Brie!' You summoned, "come help me with the zip-lock containers for your lunch please!"

Her body language was defiant, as she was more engrossed in her phone than getting ready for school.
